I failed my residential electric inspection today because ...

I failed my residential electric inspection today because inspector wants "manual on/ auto off swtches" for all incandescent light fixtures and also said: "Provide SGSOU". What does he mean/want by asking SGSOU? I am in Southern California's county of Los Angeles. I think I could find the switches, but what is "SGSOU". Could appreciate hearing from someone. Thanks. S Brown
