I have a project that needs a subcontractor to provide electrical rough-in and after I sheetrock the finish. A 200 amp panel is existing and permit/code correct. The structure is new two story, up and dry, downstairs a two car garage and upstairs a studio apt with full bath and kitchen. Total area (up and down) about 800sf. (400 sf each floor) Assume electric baseboard heat upstairs only, no heat in garage. Assume washer/elec dryer, dishwaher, garbage disposal, elec water heater, and average grade/number of circuits/lighting. Can you give me a "swag" estimate to do the rough in and the finish electrical based on this info and your experience. I can adjust for geographic location. I need something quick to through in an estimate and no time to estimate it myself or go for bids. Your responses are very impressive and I value your opinion more than the electrical subs I have encountered in the Seattle Tacoma area thus far! Wanta work in WA stste?!..haha... Thanks Kevin.
