Plugged the vacuum cleaner into living room wall socket and it must have overloaded the circuit - made ugly noise and shut off. Then I realized the front & back porch lights didn''t work, kitchen ceiling lights, and about 1/2 the wall sockets on the 1st floor not longer worked. Checked the circuit breaker box in this 40 year old duplex and I didn''t see any of the red buttons that should have popped up allowing me to reset? If the wall socket that the vacuum cleaner was plugged into were replaced could that fix everything? Thanks
